1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern access to YondUP websites, accounts, AI design tools, community features, downloads, subscriptions, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use YondUP for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
- Do not sell, transfer, or share an account in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.
3. Your inputs and AI outputs
You keep any rights you already hold in photos, plans, prompts, references, and other material you upload. You give YondUP a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, YondUP does not claim ownership of your generated output. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, or similar to output created for another user. You must review output before relying on it and confirm that your intended use does not violate third-party rights.
YondUP output is a visualization aid. It is not architectural, engineering, surveying, safety, code-compliance, or other professional advice, and it should not be used as the sole basis for construction or purchasing decisions.
4. Generation privacy and Community
Generations made while using a free plan are published to the Community by default and may include a YondUP watermark. Do not use the free plan with confidential or private material. Paid-plan generations remain private unless you choose Share to Community.
When you publish an item, you give YondUP permission to display, resize, distribute, and promote that post within the service and YondUP marketing channels. You may remove your post, but cached copies, prior shares, and records needed for security or legal compliance may remain for a limited period.
5. Credits, plans, and billing
- The studio shows the estimated credit cost before a generation begins. Cost can vary by tool, model, resolution, duration, and output count.
- Credits are service units, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire according to the plan or offer under which they were issued. Monthly subscription credits do not roll over unless the checkout terms say otherwise.
- Paid plans renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-provider fees may apply. Current prices and included features appear on the Pricing page and at checkout.
6. Availability and failed jobs
AI providers can be slow, unavailable, or return results that do not match a prompt. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular processing time, or a specific creative result. When a generation reaches a final technical failure, the service is designed to release or return the credits reserved for that job. This does not create a cash refund right.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, restrict generation, suspend an account, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using YondUP at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, abusive automation, non-payment, security risk, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to correct the issue.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. YondUP disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. To the extent permitted by law, YondUP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability can be limited, YondUP’s aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to YondUP during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes and applicable law
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights. Mandatory consumer protections and the laws that apply to you remain unaffected. Disputes are governed by the law and courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
