Use YondUP responsibly
Only upload material you have the right and permission to use. You are responsible for your prompts, inputs, publication choices, downloads, and downstream use of output.
Prohibited content
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers children.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, credible threats, targeted harassment, or content intended to facilitate violence.
- Content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, trade-secret, or other rights.
- Fraud, impersonation, deceptive property listings, forged documents, or attempts to mislead people about a material fact.
- Malware, credential theft, illegal goods or services, or instructions intended to enable wrongdoing.
Prohibited conduct
- Bypass safeguards, rate limits, credit accounting, access controls, or plan restrictions.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or automate the service without written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Share accounts, exploit promotions, create fraudulent referrals, or manipulate Community engagement.
- Use output as a substitute for a qualified architect, engineer, inspector, or safety professional where professional review is required.
Enforcement and reporting
We may block a request, remove content, limit features, suspend an account, or report conduct when reasonably necessary. Enforcement considers severity, context, repeated conduct, and risk. Report suspected violations to support@yondup.design.
