Prepare the plan
Crop the drawing to the relevant area, correct its rotation, and make sure walls, openings, and major landscape boundaries remain readable. Avoid screenshots with toolbars or annotations covering the plan.
Match the view to the question
Top and aerial views explain overall organization. Eye-level perspective can communicate experience in a master or garden plan. Isometric views are useful for explaining room relationships in a floor plan.
Use the visualization for communication
A generated view helps clients and collaborators understand a direction, but it does not replace dimensions, specifications, or a coordinated drawing set.
